Even projects with the shortest timelines deserve to be approached in a user-centric way.
The initial scope of this project was just a two month contract to “visually modernize screens”. I worked to meet their deadlines, but I also conducted rapid research sessions along the way to present recommendations and additional opportunities for improvement. As a result, I gained the clients’ trust, opened their eyes to the human centered design process, and extended the account team’s contract from two months to a full year.
